We run the process
We take it from there: the first call, scoping, and the proposal. You don't need to sell anything or sit in on calls unless you want to.

You get paid
If they sign and their first invoice clears, we pay you 15% of the total contract value. No cap, and no limit on how many people you can refer.
The terms
- 15% of the total contract value, paid once the client's first invoice has cleared.
- Applies to any introduction that leads to a signed project, whether you're a past client, a partner, or just someone who knows a founder who needs this.
- No cap on how much you can earn or how many referrals you can make.
- If the introduction is already in our pipeline, or the prospect reaches out to us independently around the same time, we'll tell you honestly rather than claim the referral.
- Exact payment details are confirmed by email once a referred project signs.
Common questions
- Who can take part?
- Anyone. Past or current clients, friends, other agencies, investors who see founders before anyone else does. You don't need to be a client of ours to refer someone.
- What counts as a successful referral?
- The person you introduce signs a project with us, and their first invoice is paid. That's the point your 15% is due.
- Is 15% of the whole project, or just the first phase?
- The total contract value of the signed engagement, not just the first invoice. The first invoice clearing is simply the trigger for payment.
- How do I make sure I get credit for the introduction?
- Email us directly with the introduction, or ask the person you're referring to mention your name on their first call with us. We'd rather over-credit a referral than miss one.
- Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
- No. Refer as many people as you like, and earn on each one that signs.
